The online software is very user friendly. It is very easy and intuitive to create a cause tree and/or time line. The analysis can be exported to Word or Excel. The cause tree and timeline can be exported as an image file (.png).
Each user has a personal work area. No one has access to another user's personal work area.
In a joint work area users can share their incidents. Members of the joint work area can collaborate remotely (video calling). Members who simultaneously look at a timeline or cause tree see real time changes. Only members have access to the joint work area (for example: a department or a location).
raadix.com is sold as a per month or per year subscription.

raadix.com is built on Google Cloud Services (cloud.google.com/security). This tried and tested cloud infrastructure offers state of the art security for the data and the data centers. All data is encrypted during transport and while stored. It is stored inside the EU (in the western part of Germany).
