Raadix software supports Root Cause Analysis. The software offers an easy way to document the investigation and analysis of incidents, complaints and quality problems.

Creating a cause tree is very easy and intuitive. The entire report can be exported to Excel. The cause tree can be split into sub-trees and exported as JPEG pictures.

License and activation

NO LONGER SOLD! You purchase a number of user licenses. Each license allows you to activate the software on all computers used by a single user.

The "License and activation letter", is proof of your license. It also contains the code that allows you to activate the software.


Delivery date: at the latest, delivery will be on the workday after we received your order. (Please be aware of possible time difference between the Netherlands and your country)

Delivery: you will receive a license and activation document by e-mail. The document is proof of your license and contains download-, installation- and activation instructions.


You do not enter into a service agreement with Hadrion by ordering the software. You’ll receive the software as is. However, if you have any questions or problems, we’ll certainly try to answer them to the best of our ability.
